Giving this server/forums to someone, making new?

Since I am more into console gaming than computer. I will be lending this forums and server to someone. Well forums still under control(lol).

The server might not be finished, I am not sure, don't want to make it.

But on the other hand, I will be making an online gaming website, not just forums. And this one will be successful with custom templates, and fresh new site.

Ima leave this site up.
